Arriving Late

I understand that unexpected delays can sometimes occur. However, to ensure that I can deliver the best service to all my clients, I kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you anticipate being late, I appreciate a courtesy call to inform me of your estimated arrival time. Please note that arriving 10 minutes or more later will result in the need to reschedule your appointment. This is to ensure that I have ample time to provide you with the quality service you deserve, as well as to avoid inconveniencing other clients who may have appointments scheduled after yours.

In the event that you arrive late and I am still able to accommodate your appointment, please be aware that your treatment may need to be shortened or modified to ensure that I can stay on schedule for my subsequent appointments. I want to provide you with the best experience possible, and I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Rescheduling / Cancellations

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide me with at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours notice) or a no-show, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. All booking fees will be forfeited for last minute cancellations/reschedules. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting my time and the time of other clients.

Payments

A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of all bookings. This fee is transferrable to another appointment if more than 48 hours notice of an appointment change is given.

  • Reschedules or cancellations within 48hours will forfeit the booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to book in again

  • No shows will forfeit the booking fee, and future bookings will require full payment at the time of making a new booking.

  • For all manual bookings made via message, a payment link for the required booking fee will be provided. Kindly ensure the fee is paid by 5 PM the next business day to secure your appointment. If payment is not received by this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled to allow availability for other clients.

Booking fees can be paid over the phone with card details, via the link sent online, bank deposit or in person at the studio.
We accept payment by cash (please have the exact money) , EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard and we have in studio AFTERPAY available.

Children & Guests in the salon

At Dekure Beauty, I strive to create a relaxing environment for all of my valued clients. To maintain a relaxed atmosphere and ensure the comfort and safety of all individuals within the studio, I have implemented a policy that does not permit children under the age of 13 in the treatment space.

I kindly request that you make appropriate arrangements for childcare before visiting the studio. I understand that it may be challenging to find suitable accommodations for your children during your appointment, but my aim is to provide an uninterrupted and enjoyable experience for all of my clients.

By adhering to this policy, I can ensure that each client receives the utmost attention and relaxation they deserve. The studio is designed to be an oasis of calm, allowing everyone to unwind and fully enjoy their time with me.
