  • Lash Extension-Free Zone: Please come in without lash extensions. You can get new ones 3 weeks after your eyeliner has healed.

  • Serum Break: Avoid using lash-enhancing serums for at least 30 days before your treatment.

  • Fresh-Faced Beauty: Skip eye makeup and mascara for a week before your appointment. Consider getting a lash tint 5 or more days before (but not later than 5 days).

  • Lens Matters: If you wear contacts, remove them and bring your glasses just in case.

  • Mole Check: If you have moles near your lash line, recent infections, or any skin concerns, contact us directly or send a close-up pic if you're unsure.

  • Post-Treatment Puffiness: Expect a little puffiness after your treatment. You can drive or go back to work right away.

  • Morning After: You might notice a bit more puffiness the next morning. It usually fades within a few days but could last 3-5 days.

  • Cool It Down: Apply a cold compress or ice (with a tissue) for a few minutes right after the treatment. Repeat every few hours that day.

  • Gentle Care: Use a clean cotton tip to apply a thin layer of product 1-2 times daily, as directed.

  • Hands Off: Avoid mascara, eye makeup, and touching your eyes until healed (about a week).

  • Lash Extension Break: Wait 3 weeks after your treatment before getting lash extensions. Ideally, wait 3 weeks after a touch-up.

  • Alert the Pros: If you have any unexpected discomfort or irritation, contact your artist and consult a pharmacist.

Touch-Up Time: Schedule a touch-up at 6-12 weeks to keep your eyes looking perfect!
